![]() My goal is to complete the 60 day program in 60 days while I keep getting stronger. My goal with this program is NOT to lose weight or change my body in anyway. Neither of those are going to allow you to complete the program and reach your goals! Neither of those are going to be positive. If you don’t modify when needed you may end up injured or you may just quit. You are pushing yourself and you are going the distance. That doesn’t make you any less of a person. ![]() I want you to understand that even if you are in great shape you still may have to modify. I want to share EVERYTHING with you on this journey. Oh well! We are focusing on PROGRESS and NOT perfection, correct?! Will I need to modify Insanity MAX:30? ![]() I don’t feel I was able to go any longer without modifying these moves then I did in my first two or three attempts of this program. I have to admit I was just as weak in this area as I have always been in the past. I thought I would be more prepared for Shaun T’s tricep push-ups this time around. There were a TON of push-ups in Core De Force! We also have to sphinx blaster moves on our knees and toes. I know you are probably thinking ‘only 20 seconds?’ These moves are NO JOKE. This workout consists of 20 seconds of a move and 10 seconds rest before you move onto the next move. I modified the majority of the tricep push-ups and some of the cardio moves. I knew this workout was killer and I was going to have to modify A LOT! I always quit because I made the excuse that it was too hard for me. ![]() Day 2 Review Insanity MAX:30 Tabata Powerīefore I even pushed play on Beachbody On Demand, I remembered this workout was HARD! As I said previously, I have attempted to complete Insanity MAX:30 two or three times already. ![]()
